My goal in working with you is to move beyond the current model of symptom based treatment. Treating symptoms does not lead to long term resolution of health challenges in my experience.  Investigating the underlying cause of your symptoms is the only path to true health.  I believe that health is your natural birthright, and that disease is condition in which something is causing interference to the amazing intelligence within you which creates and maintains your health and well-being.  Once the causes of interference have been detected and corrected, the next  step is to empower you to maintain health and balance with an understanding of diet, exercise, fasting, and other health strategies based in ancestral wisdom.  Understanding and living according to your evolutionary blueprint will lead you to health and wellness.  There are a lot of fads being pushed in the "health" world, but only the ones which have stood the test of time will lead you to health.  

I love the Pacific Northwest, and am grateful to live in a place of such natural beauty.  I enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors, hiking, snowboarding, biking, and camping.  I look forward to meeting you and partnering with you for better health.
